We don't quite have clearance to state whom this is for.  Yes, it is contract work.  Yes, it does benefit our GLXP efforts.  Yes, this is far, far more than merely that and greatly increases our chances of landing on the Moon.  Or minimally some part of ours landing on the Moon.  More as we are cleared.
