Sarah combines her formidable academic and scientific background with hands-on mechanical engineering and electronics skills to head Interorbital’s Guidance and Control Group. Her Ph.D. in Manufacturing and Design, from University of California-Los Angeles concentrated on the rotary engine; she minored in Systems and Control. Dr. Warren’s M.S. in ocean engineering from University of Rhode Island focused on autonomous underwater vehicles. She earned her B.S. at the California Institute of Technology in Engineering and Applied Science. She also attended Los Angeles Trade Technical College to complete programs in CNC machining and motorcycle mechanics. In her spare time, she enjoys teaching mechanical engineering classes at UCLA.
