Team Leader Michael Paul follows in the steps of the first human flight - hot air ballooning took off in France in the late 1700s through the work of the innovative Montgolfier brothers. Powered flight followed more than a century later through the efforts of another pair of brothers, Orville and Wilbur Wright and then it took only 65 years to go from the first airplane flight to putting humans on the moon.
