In case you are wondering how to tackle close to one important mail per hour (not counting spam and people whose mails you also consider as such) I can offer you some advice: I've always been haunted by this mystical "Inbox Zero" thing I can never seem to reach. Between two meetings I stumbled upon this technique called the Trusted Trio and tried it out right away. What should I say, it worked perfectly for me.
