In simplest terms, 3 steps to winning the GLXP: Step 1. Assemble a team and design a low cost solution to meet the GLXP requirements. Step 2. Secure the financial resources needed to implement the solution. Step 3. Implement the solution and execute the mission. Next Giant Leap is currently spending most of our efforts on Step #2. Perhaps Step 2 is not the most interesting part of the challenge, but it's certainly the most critical. Everything else is just rocket science.
