Dispute Resolution Process Unfortunately, we have not heard from the X PRIZE Foundation since our last teleconference in May. Therefore, we have no updates regarding how the process works or even if there is a process. It appears that the X PRIZE Foundation is, yet again, in control of whether the teams have an avenue to address issues.
