Moon Express co-founder and chairman Naveen Jain has been collecting meteorites as part of his passion for space exploration. His home office in Bellevue, Washington, is a showcase for more than 500 specimens, all of them drop-shipped to Earth from outer space. It’s one of the world’s most complete meteorite collections.

Included in his collection are lunar rocks - little pieces of the Moon that were blasted off during lunar impact events and fell to Earth as meteorites.

In one of Moon Express' most memorable 'show and tell' sessions, Naveen shared some of his collection with our young engineers, allowing them to hold a piece of the Moon.
