Hello! I am Muriel Palanca and I am new to Team JURBAN as the Marketing and PR Team Lead (or so my title says).

I’ll be honest; I feel a little bit in over my head. I think the reason is because I am trying to market something I don’t fully understand. So we are trying to send a robot to the moon. Okay, sounds cool. “Smaller, Faster, Cheaper”. It’s catchy; I like it! Lunar regolith stimulant and super capacitors. Wait…what?

From what I understand, I am working with a team of brilliant people who know more about engineering and science than I can fathom. And it’s a bit intimidating.

What I realized though is that I don’t need to understand the complexities of this robot to fully appreciate it and its mission. One does not need to know that stars are “a massive, luminous sphere of plasma held together by gravity.” (Wikipedia) to appreciate their beautiful pinpricks of light in the night sky.

With that said, I’m excited to help get this robot to the moon!
