Team FREDNET finishes its first exploration of the Griffith Observatory, learning about how the elements are created inside of stars, first lighter ones, then heavier ones.  This last exhibit for this trip to the observatory gives a fantastic demonstration of the foundation of chemistry, and the life of the stars.  Griffith Observatory is a fantastic place to introduce yourself to our knowledge of the the Cosmos, and so much more.  Go and see the exhibits, learn, and let your imagination soar -- bring the kids!
