F-1 Nanosat progress
The F-1 nanosat project that is developed by our friends in Vietnam is moving forward. They have now completed their detailed design.
The ARM9-based TS-7260 will be the main on-board computer, while a secondary fault tolerant computer will be built using two PIC18F6722 microprocessors. Comms will be done using an MHX2400 and adopted Yaesu VX-3R.
Several components in the F-1 avionics are also considered for use in our lunar mission and it will be of great value to have them flight qualified before our lunar mission is launched.
