Blogging blockage

We tried to post more blogs this quarter, but a few technical difficulties intervened:  Google Accounts.  We're not trying to rain on anyone's parade here, but the "transition" from the old youtube accounts to the new integrated Google account structure wasn't so smooth a process.  In fact, we were locked out of access to our YouTube Channel for over a month, with the new "Google Account" insisting that we needed to "create a new channel" and thereby lose access to all of our old content.  That just wasn't acceptable.  The stock error messages weren't much help either.  Now we're actually pretty happy with Google Apps overall, but this transition overlooked a lot of bugs, so in this particular case we think that some more care should have been exercised with transitions, especially since we're required to use these tools, and lots of valuable content could easily have been lost.

But that is all water under the bridge.  We're looking forward to a New Year in the GLXP.  We thought we'd be on the Moon by now, but we're still building toward that.

Happy New Year Everyone - look for more news from us in 2012!
