Current status of the romit 1 test satellite mission

1. today took a nice steam train tour around Isle of Man
and
2. Summed up the status of the Romit 1 Mission.
Romit 1, which is expect to launch in March, is a test launch, with the following subsystems:
Propulsion – Ion Motor
High tension power module
Low tension power module
9 Solar cells
3 Attitude control coils (3D)
On board computer, ARM7 (RTOS)
6 Cameras with image processing
Radio communication, 435 MHz
The main aim of the missions is
1. Test under real space conditions the command and control and camera module
2. Test the propulsion module
Make a world record:
1st time a private organisation moves a cube sat (more than a few m/s).
