Today, our new rover concept is emerging for the first time, and yet we struggle to even call it a rover. In fact, it is a next generation, high tech robot for lunar exploration. Our robotic model is almost revolutionary due to its non-traditional system of movement, and the way in which it incorporates several new technical solutions. History is what lets the future happen. No history, no future. April is a very special month in the year in regard of historic events in aerospace, so we decided to let you know a little bit more about what has happened in the Aprils of the past.

In a country with 800 million mobile subscribers growing at over 20% annually; producing over 350,000 engineering graduates every year with 30% being unemployed after graduating; 410 million people living below the UN defined poverty line; 7 ranks holders in the Forbes Global List of Billionaires 2010; and 334 domestic and foreign registered venture funds, the impact of success in GLX is hard to comprehend, leave aside estimate. However, it is the estimation of the sum total of the impacts which will bring forward the value of the enterprise ‘Team Indus’.
We're coming up on another new Moon in the next few days, and in the next month, we'll be unveiling the baseline mission concept for the Lunar Lion! We've gone from "back-of-the-napkin" to a mission that closes* in only a handful of days. The team is staying focused on the essentials, making sure that we've understood the requirements of the mission, translated them into requirements for the spacecraft and accompanying systems, while leaving the door open to advancing scientific goals beyond the X Prize itself.

Today I flew from Denmark to Italy, and in my luggage I had the Romit1 satellite, two computers, two radio amateur radios and a lot of cables. Well actually, I had the whole thing in my hand luggage...since I did not dare check anything into the hold of the plane. So security checking was "interesting" :)

The positive mold of the T2 section is impregnated with adeshive to allow the team to fix the aluminium foil for composite molding.
