I just wanted to say thank you to all of the people who have written to Odyssey Moon over the last two months with your questions and your inquiries. We have been overwhelmed with the response!
I apologize if I have not been able to reply to you all personally, but please know that we are reading through all of the messages, even if we are not responding to them and if there is something that is of particular interest to us or answers a particular need we have I have been filtering those up to our management.
We have had media inquires, internship inquires, job inquires, subcontractor inquires, investor inquires -- everything under the sun. We are interested in hearing from you too. If you have a good idea or want to get involved feel free to drop us a line.
Meanwhile we have been busy with our own meetings with our prime contractor, other possible partners this month and have been enjoying the rush of doing something that has never been done before.
It reminds me of the early days of the International Space University (that I have seen videos of – since I wasn’t there). Audacity meets with vision and invites world leaders from around the world to come together. They sit down and create a place where students from many countries team up each summer to build our future in space together.
I think these first commercial steps to the moon will be just as monumental. The precedents we set and the way things are done (even technically!) will have a large impact on the future. It is a lot of responsibility and a very exciting time to be alive.
