This past weekend at the International Space Development Conference, in Orlando Fl., Team Omega Envoy hosted the first Lunar Lander Eggs Prize. The competition was for high school students to design and build a "lunar lander" capable of safely landing an egg from a drop off a balcony.
We were very excited to have five teams (25 students) compete and were truly amazed at how unique and creative each one of their designs was.
We are also especially thankful to our judges for making this event so great and for impacting the students so much. Thank you Will Pomerantz from GLXP, Allison Odyssey from Space Florida, Josh Nelson from SEDS, and Michael Mealing from Maston Space Systems.
