I can tell you Jörg has been busy this week but now he has finished two wheels for the WRV1 lunar rover (and we still have the prototype with the disc hub). Have a nice weekend everybody - we'll be back next week with more news.

I think those are the most intricate wheels we have seen so far in the contest. Amazingly, it looks like Jörg has even outstripped primadonna team Astrobotic. (I call them the primadonnas because they have all the fancy facilities, among other reasons.) But how does it work with being "open source"? Does that mean Jaluro could actually use WRV1 wheels? I think you should do colored anodized aluminum coatings on each of the treads to make it look colorful. Maybe you should have spinning wheel covers!

Actually, Jörg did make a scaled up version of the wheels that could be used by Jaluro (CAD only). I'll try to find and post it.
