After spending 5 years on IT based process optimization, Patrick Sbrzesny realized that optimizing creative processes, like programming, engineering or marketing was a lot different from optimizing production processes. This was more a social, organizational and psychological challenge than a technological one.

In 2004 he co-founded mindXchange Ltd. and concentrated on consulting organizations like Daimler, Deutsche Telekom and the German Employment Agency on how to implement modern collaboration patterns.

Patrick joined the team to design and build an engineering collaboration model for Open Moon. To participate and reinforce the team, he moved from southern Germany to Berlin.
