Moon Roundup: The Romans
This week, in the Google Lunar XPRIZE...
ARCA made progress on its Executor rocket engine.
It was a showcase of lunar (and Roman) proportions, as teams from around the Mediterranean (roughly) showed off the latest in their technology achievements...
Meanwhile, Italia posted a new video of its spider-bot coming to life:
Where they'll be coming up with different ways to bring down the fuel costs for their mission. (Hopefully it's not "you win or you die" like the 'Game of Thrones' the logo is borrowed from!)
- Plan B posted a hands-on video update on their manufacturing.
- Euroluna posted a blog on the challenges of working with a small budget.
I'll be rounding these up every week, so keep an eye here for the latest developments from the moon race!
